- Work with High Conflict People: Lorin knows that it is a fact of life that sometimes, we end up thinking we are hiring the best person for the job only to find that they are extremely difficult people. What to do? With the goal in mind, to shift the energy of old patterns of conversations to new and productive conversations using simple tools that work! Lorin has had extensive experience in working with owners and leaders in working with high conflict people and how to get beyond the challenge at hand. Sometimes the tools are exactly what is needed. Sometimes we need to change the team, but through this process we will find out the best answer for the situation.
- Build Virtual Teams: Lorin is an expert on building a virtual teams. She has lead her virtual team since 2004. She has been supporting other women entrepreneurs to grow their own virtual teams as well utilize resources to have the virtual aspect of the company actually enhance the company and insure that productivity is at an all time high as well as have the team feel connected and supported by the leader as well as each other.
- Build the Team – Build Stronger Leaders! This kind of work often combines tools to get to know each teams strengths and will help to engage each person more as a leader. - Goal Set! Lorin has an amazing goal setting tool that she has been using with individuals and their teams for 11 years! This tool is powerful and simple and it also allows the owner to support his/her team in whole new way that promotes work life balance as well as personal and professional growth. Lorin is a huge advocate of goal setting and personal and professional growth among the team in the work place. This creates for long term happy employees.
- Teams and their Vision: Creating a Team Vision that is Visual can be used to motivate and increase behaviors that will lead to greater success and client satisfaction. How do we do this? We get a team toether either virtually or in person for 1.5 – 2 hours and we get them sharing about their vision of the company and thier role in the company.. while they are sharing and coming at the conversation from many angles, I am facilitating the discussion and vision, I also have a ‘graphic recorder’ on the phone that is capturing the vision and how they will get there …. and when it is over, you receive the graphic for your office as well as digitally. It is a very cool and powerful tool for getting the the team on the same page in how you want them to work together based on the vision that is created. My partner in the project is Jeannel King our famous ‘graphic recorder’ who creates a visual map of what the team wants to create and how they get there.
